Zubiah specializes in corporate law, focusing on corporate governance and business structuring. She holds an LLM in Comparative Commercial Law from the UK and is fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi. Bianca is a Paralegal with an LLB from a Russell Group University, University of Exeter, an LLM from the University of Law, and has completed the SQE to be admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She has experience assisting with Corporate Commercial, Intellectual Property, and Digital and Data cases at a leading law firm in the MENA region. She is handling all DIFC and ADGM cases and holds extensive knowledge of the Common Law system. She also handles Corporate and Commercial matters. Her main interests lie in Corporate Commercial Law, Litigation, Tax Law, and Employment. Bianca is proficient in English. She also understands and speaks Hindi.

Mohamed is a Paralegal based in Dubai, holding a Master of Laws from Mansoura University in Egypt. He possesses over two years of experience in legal research, contract drafting, and advising on a range of civil and commercial matters. He has been involved in handling client matters, preparing legal memoranda, and supporting senior lawyers in litigation and dispute resolution.

He is particularly interested in corporate law, debt recovery, and commercial matters, and has experience working on cases involving contractual disputes and business relationships. Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English, enabling him to effectively assist a diverse range of clients.

Jerein supports and liaises with our clients on administrative matters. She also supports the Management and Litigation Departments to ensure superior quality of service is provided to our clients.
